The Irene Swarbrick Silver Salver Competition - In Memory of Irene Swarbrick 1923-2004

The competition is for a short story of 800 words maximum on any theme. Closing date: 31 March 2012. PLEASE NOTE: Entry fee is £4 per story. The competition offers a single prize of 75% of entry fees received and the winner’s name to be engraved on the Irene Swarbrick Silver Salver. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the competition and refund entry fees in the event of insufficient entries being received to cover costs.
