FORTHCOMING MEMBER COMPETITIONS ‘The Morris Duo' Short Story Competition asks for a short story of not more than 2000 words about a life changing experience or happening. Closing date is 28 February 2010. The results will be published in May and the prizes awarded at the Summer Festival on 3rd June 2010. Entry fee is £4 per entry - £10 for a maximum of three entries. Please make your cheques payable to 'SWWJ'. The Elizabeth Longford Poetry Competition organisers want to see an open poem in any style of not more than 40 lines. Closing date is 28 February 2010.
