The John Walter Salver 2010 Christmas Competition

This is for an unpublished article written especially for this competition on the theme of 'Home for Christmas'. The word limit is 1500, and the closing date is 31 July 2010. Entry fee: £4.00 per entry, or £10.00 for three. Please make cheques payable to SWWJ, and send your entries (with SAE) to Val Dunmore, Bradmore Farm, Bradmore Green, Old Coulson, Surrey CR5 2LG. Entries will be judged by Catherine Quinn, freelance journalist who writes from many national publications, including The Times, The Guardian, and The Independent.
