Council members are regularly in touch with each other and with members, so you can still put any questions or suggestions to them for discussion in the usual way.

Members, it’s the last opportunity of 2026 to get together with your fellow SWWJ writers to chat, network, enjoy a delicious afternoon tea, and listen to our guest speaker, Nina Myskow.
A little note about our guest speaker….
We are looking forward to welcoming Nina Myskow, who is an award-winning British journalist, columnist, broadcaster, television personality and podcaster.
Her distinguished career has been driven and characterised by her love of conversation – whether it be an intimate interview or a sparky debate. She has written for many newspapers, including the Sun and News of the World as a columnist, always sparking discussion with her honest views. She has also written for several magazines and presented on television, radio and on podcasts.
Nina frequently appears on Jeremy Vine and The Matt Allwright Show on Channel 5, amongst others deploying her well-honed critical faculties.
