Council members are regularly in touch with each other and with members, so you can still put any questions or suggestions to them for discussion in the usual way.

Zoom Poetry Workshop with Rosanna McGlone
February 7 @ 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
2 pm – 2.10 pm – Introductions & welcome
2.10 pm – 2.25 pm – Small group discussion on our own drafting practice
2.25 pm – 2.35 pm – Full group input – what aspects of a poem may be revised.
2.35 pm – 3.15 pm – An exploration of how a leading poet crafts a poem
from an early to a final piece modelling aspects of the editing
process and its application for our own writing.
3.15pm 3.30pm Questions, review & close
Poetry working examples will be provided
This workshop is open to all writers who have an interest in language and are keen to hone their work, not just poets.
Numbers are limited to 14 on a first come, first served basis, so please book early if you can. Whilst this is primarily for members, who will have priority, there may well be space for non-members for a small fee of £10, so feel free to share.
