Council members are regularly in touch with each other and with members, so you can still put any questions or suggestions to them for discussion in the usual way.

Zoom POETRY WORKSHOP July 2025
12 July 2025 @ 2:00 pm – 3:30 pm
120 Addington Road : poems abut houses
2 pm – 2.15 pm – introductions & welcome
2.15 pm – 2.45 pm – discussion with example poems
2.45 pm – 3.15 pm – read around of delegates’ poems
(these can be delegates’ own poems, or examples from their favourite poets)
3.15 pm – 3.30 pm – review & close
This workshop is open to all writers, not just poets, and I’d love for you to join me.
Numbers are limited, however, to 12 on a first come, first served basis, so please book early if you can. The event is open to members primarily and there will be a charge of £10 to take part. Places may be offered to non-members if space allows and there will be a waiting list if more than 12 bookings are received.
Details of how to pay will follow, and once payment is received, you will receive the Zoom link and delegate pack.
