This month we will be getting together at the House of Lords, where members will have the opportunity to meet our President, Baroness Floella Benjamin, take a tour, enjoy tea, and have their say on the future of the Society at the AGM. This has proved to be a very popular event, with tickets already sold out, but we hope to return to the House of Lords for an even bigger and better event at some time next year.
After four years in the Chair, Barbara Field-Holmes (pictured right) will be stepping down during the AGM to make way for our new Chairman, Rebecca Harding (pictured left). Our thanks to Barbara… and welcome Rebecca!
