In February, Benita attended a four-course Literary lunch, where she talked about her writing and did a 10 minute reading from one of her books. Other participants were 6 poets and 3 novelists. Readings were held between the courses. It was entertaining and resulted in being asked to a ‘ Literary BBQ’ in April.
Also more exciting news from Benita about her film script. Once A Thief feature film script has received an ‘Official Selection’ award at the LA Film & Documentary Awards.
