Our next major event in London is the annual Spring prize-giving tea on 19 March, where our awards and trophies will be presented. You can meet the judges, Kate Potts, Pamela Payne and Clare Cooper, and hear some of the winning entries from our most recent writing competitions. As a special treat, we also have Jessica Fellowes coming to speak to us after tea. Jessica is an author and journalist with many books to her name, and is the niece of ‘Downton Abbey’ writer Julian Fellowes.
We are also now in the final stages of planning our Summer Gathering and AGM, which will again be held at the House of Lords, this time on the wonderful riverside Terrace. Keep an eye on the diary page and on social media for full details and booking forms which will also appear in the Spring issue of The Woman Writer magazine.
