Wishing all our members and supporters a very Happy Christmas.
We will be celebrating at the National Liberal Club on 5th December, when we will enjoy a delicious tea, with the opportunity to buy members’ books and a range of SWWJ branded merchandise, and listen to our guest speaker, ex-detective Jackie Malton, now a behind-the-scenes consultant for many TV crime programmes. A wonderful end to our 125th anniversary year! Looking ahead, your Council are planning a range of great new events for 2020, including social get-togethers, practical workshops, and the presentation of the Floella Benjamin Trophy. We will also be opening up more of our writing competitions to non-members, working hard to attract new young members, and expanding our regional groups so even more of you can get involved.
